How do I order online?
To order online browse through our range of toys, and when
you see a item you want simply click "Add to Cart."
To view or modify your cart at any time click on "View
Cart." Once all the items you've chosen have been added
to the virtual cart click on "Checkout" where you'll
be guided through the payment procedure.
How do I order by Phone or Post?
To order by phone you can either follow the above procedure
and at checkout select "Credit Card (Phone)" as
your payment method then follow the on screen instructions.
Alternatively telephone 01345 610616 and quote the Item Numbers
of the products you wish to purchase.
How long does Delivery take?
Delivery usually takes no longer than 7 - 10 days. If it's
likely to take much longer we will inform you via email or
telephone.

How long do I have to return a faulty purchase?
All of products are thoroughly checked for any defects before
being sent out. Should you encounter any problems with your
purchase you have 14 days to return the goods for a full refund
