Colours within the site are as close to the actual product
as possible.
Descriptions we believe are accurate and fair.
Toys that are faulty, we will replace the component where
possible or replace the toy.
Goods damaged in transit, please return all packaging and
inform us promptly.
Overseas service: As is customary, returns are at the purchaser’s
expanse.
We will confirm receipt of your order by telephone or email
and confirm where possible delivery times. Delivery is normally
within seven days but please allow up to fourteen days for
occasional out of stock items.
In the UK parcels are sent by a carrier or the Postal service.
A signature is required on some items.
Mainland UK. Delivery charges are £3 per order. Postal
for orders over £45 is free to Mainland UK addresses.
All other destinations please contact or email for details.
We will find you the most economic rate.
A range of payment methods are available to suite you. If
you have a credit or debit card, then the easiest method of
payment is to use our secure order form, which appears as
you build your order within the shopping pages. Payment is
then made through Paypal one of the highest regarded and safest
forms to use on the internet. It is completely free to use
as we pick up the cost.
We will promptly assist you with your order details and provide
you with the best personal attention. You are able to pay
on-line by credit or debit card, or by telephone and by mail
using a cheque or postal order.
For your reassurance: Our order and payment details are sent
through a secure server. Credit card details are not retained
after the transaction has been completed. Names and addresses
are not made available to third parties. This uses Paypal
sever.
From time to time we do advise our customers of additions
and news about our web site. Please tick the box on the order
form if you do not wish to receive this service.
We regret that we do not refund postage and packaging where a product has been ordered by mistake, or is simply to big or to small. Where dimensions are stated, a restocking fee will be applied. This covers our postage and packing to you and depending upon the size of the order, the fee can range from £4.95 -19.00. Refunds will be processes less this fee. Please take extra time to check the dimensions before placing your order. We do not refund the cost of returns postage, except where the return is the result of our error.
